ABOUT AMY
Amy is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Colorado, with a Master's from Colorado State University's leading Marriage and Family Therapy program. She has specialized training from some of the top professionals in the field in PACT, AEDP, and Gottman Method therapies.Â
Â
PACT Therapy and the Gottman Method are extremely useful methods for couples therapy. These approaches help couples quickly identify underlying issues that may be causing conflict, and provide real-time, practical ways to solve these issues.Â
Â
With training in AEDP Therapy, Amy enjoys helping individuals uncover resilience and healing. Leveraging the safety built in the therapeutic relationship, Amy creates a warm, curious, and compassionate space to help clients process deep emotional experiences, explore how their past may be impacting their current mental health, as well as improve their satisfaction in relationships, work, decision making, and more.

Amy is welcoming to all groups regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, sexuality, gender identity, and immigrant status.
