Family Therapy can be used to reach goals such as understanding your child better or improving adult relationships within your family of origin.
Family Therapy provides space and time to mindfully focus on one or many relationships within your family, and to open up to each other in ways that may be difficult in your current situation.
For clients who are children, parents will often be integrated into sessions to understand the issue more fully. In addition, family sessions may also be split from time-to-time to work with clients on an individual basis.
